About The Owner Angela H Dyches graduated from Auburn University in 1992.  She received her CPA licenses in 1993 from the State of Alabama and in 2004 received reciprocity from the State of Florida.  She worked for a local firm in her hometown Florence, Alabama preparing financials statements, tax returns, audit work and a host of other typical CPA duties.  After 5 years in public accounting, Angela decided to take her career in a new direction.  She became a financial planner for a large company in Birmingham, Alabama.  It is there that she received her FINRA Series 7 General Securities Representative registration, which enabled her to offer securities.  Angela also obtained her insurance licensing in life, health and variable annuities.  After helping clients quantify their cash reserve, retirement, and college education savings goals, she was able to structure and implement a course for the clients to help them meet those goals.  Naturally financial planning also helps to understand the different insurance needs the client might have also. Angela left the company after transferring to Sarasota, Florida in December 2000.  She entered once again the world of public accounting.  However, she had a goal of incorporating her skills of financial planning with also providing the client with tax advice and financial information.  "I found that most clients want a one-stop shop.  They inherently trust their CPA and so providing them with financial planning and investment management was a natural extension of our services."
